A Lesson in Spices
If you want to learn more about spices and how to use them this is the evening for you.
Syndi will come to your home and go through the many spices available and demonstrate how to prepare, mix and blend spices.
You will then get chance to prepare and blend the spices yourself, and cook a dish with your blended spices for you to take home or to eat there and then.
